Tim Healy (Co-founder)
Tim, after qualifying as a solicitor, began working with leading corporations in senior roles in Business Development, Marketing, Commercial Management and General Management. He has vast experience in emerging markets and travels extensively on behalf of his clients developing new markets and networks. Tim has gained his experience whilst working with such companies as Fexco,  Meridian , Pulselearning, The Metpro Group, Loyaltybuild and PRGX and is based in Ireland.
Michael O’Leary (Co-Founder)
Michael is an accomplished Sales and Marketing Professional with over 20 years experience in the Beverage, FMCG, Retail, Software Solutions, Electronic Security and Waste Management sectors. He has extensive knowledge and experience gained with particular focus on new business and market development, marketing, eMarketing, customer relationship management and communications.  Michael has worked with such companies as Heineken, New Word IQ, Tradenet Wholesale and is based in Ireland.
Ralph Winsbrow
Ralph , after a career in traditional banking with LloydsTSB, began consulting in 1992 specialising in financial restructuring work and margin improvement.  For several years the bulk of his work has been in sales and marketing with a focus on sales training and setting up sales teams internationally.  He has worked for global corporations as well as small and medium sized businesses and is based in the UK.
Dan O’Mahony
Dan, having started his career with Kerry Group, has over a decade of experience working in international business development. As business development manager with Partners In Europe (PIE) and Loyaltybuild, Dan has developed extensive knowledge of European retail markets. Dan has worked with clients such as Polaroid, Sony and Broadcom to help develop their European business and is based in Ireland.
Pat Salisbury
Pat, with over 30 years experience gained at Board level with major Plc’s such as Ladbrokes UK, Orange UK and Eircom to private companies such as FEXCO, has an extensive and diverse background in Human Resources. Stimulated by challenge and change and with a passion for changing the perception and delivery of HR Management to a value adding support integrated with a Learning and Development culture, Pat has widespread experience in managing and leading multicultural teams, driving change programmes and delivering significant development programmes within companies, enabling and improving the competence of the workforce and management teams. Pat divides her time between Ireland and France.
Brendan Dore
Brendan has considerable experience in managing sales channels across the UK and continental Europe. Brendan’s has a background in electronic engineering. Brendan worked as an engineer with Wang Computers and AST Computers. Brendan also created and managed European sales channels for CD Associates Inc. and domestic and UK channels for Netwatch and is based in Ireland.
Ron Donovan
Ron’s business career began with Alfa Laval in London. During a 13-year career with Alfa Laval/Tetra Laval his assignments took him from the UK to the United States and eventually to Ireland where he was Country manager for Tetra Laval Food/Convenience Food Systems. Ron led the PASS operations for all Eli Lilly sites outside the USA and Puerto Rico. PASS controlled the process automation global supply chain for Eli Lilly, one of the worlds’ major pharmaceutical manufacturers. Ron has BSc Food Business and MBA qualifications from University College, Cork and is based in Ireland.
Mo Durkan
Mo has enjoyed an extensive career in Public Relations and Communications over the past 15 years working with companies such as Investment Bank of Ireland, Kendar Investments and Coca Cola Ireland, to name but a few. She has gained extensive experience in developing and implementing corporate public affairs and associated media relation programmes. Mo has an in-depth understanding of the development, implementation and maintenance of effective corporate programmes and strategies that successfully deal with sensitive and topical issues which have the potential to damage the reputation of the company and its brands. Mo is based in Ireland.
Eamon O’Sullivan
Eamon has over 20 years of sales and marketing management experience having worked in Ireland and in the US  for large multi nationals. He has vast experience in brand strategy development and implementation and has held senior positions within Heineken, Murphys and Dairygold in Ireland and the USA and is based in the USA.
Stefan Hart
Stefan started his recruitment career in 1986 and has handled assignments on behalf of some of the largest, most respected and recognized companies Globally. Having had 12 years experience of running his own successful Executive Search practice in the UK, placing senior people globally, Stefan made the move to Dubai in 2007 when he became the Managing Director of a fast growing Executive Search business in the Middle East and a Director of a well known Search firm in Dubai. He specializes in recruiting senior leadership level candidates, on a retained basis, across multi discipline and multi functional sectors. Stefan has cultivated a phenomenal network of contacts within the SME and large corporate sectors and as a result has developed into a specialist business development professional with ready access to many senior level networking contacts. Stefan is based in Dubai.
Cathy Courtney
Cathy is a professional administrator with a particular focus on back office function and customer servicing. She has gained tremendous experience through her roles within the Insurance, Healthcare and Manufacturing industries in Ireland and Australia and is based in Ireland.
